What do I need in order to Rent-to-Own a storage building?
Unbelievably, all we need is your order and the first month’s rent. And no, we do not need a credit check.

Rent to Own with 36 months to pay (Payoff anytime with no penalty (60% of payment applies toward purchase) Or Pay in full on delivery: Cash, Check, or major credit card or Rent-To-Own Includes Tax, Cash Option Is Plus Tax

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery up to 150 miles from our closest dealer to the point of delivery. This includes almost all of Georgia and much of eastern Alabama.

Can I customize the building?
All of our buildings are completely customizable. We can customize placement of doors and windows, plus include an additional door, window, roll-up, etc. We can add or take away just about anything you would want, as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the building. Just ask us for what you need.

After ordering, when will I get my storage building?
Typically, it will be set up on your property within 3 weeks.

Can I cancel my contract?
Yes, just let us know and we will pick up the building. You will only owe for the time you had the building.

What about permits and site preparation for my building?
You are responsible for site preparation as well as contacting your local city and county agencies in regard to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants. Also, it is recommended that you contact your Home Owners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may be apply.
